Short-term support for long-term stability

A Way Home

Rapid Rehousing is a proven solution that helps individuals and families quickly move from homelessness into their own permanent housing. The program provides short-term financial assistance for rent, security deposits, and other move-in costs, combined with personalized case management and support services. Unlike shelters or transitional housing, rapid rehousing gets participants into their own apartments where they can rebuild stability and independence.

Once enrolled, participants work with a dedicated case manager who helps them find suitable housing, negotiate with landlords, and access rental assistance for several months while they get back on their feet. Support services include help with employment, budgeting, connecting to community resources, and maintaining their lease. The goal is to provide temporary support that leads to long-term housing stability—helping participants not just find a home, but keep it.
