RADAR connects Medicaid members to eligible services.
RADAR is a navigation program to help anyone enrolled in Medicaid to access available services. Anyone interested can contact a RADAR Screener/Navigator to ask about the program.
Who Is Eligible?
Any person with Medicaid qualifies for a screening to be completed.
RADAR is provided by the 1115 Medicaid Waiver program through the Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative (WNYICC).
